Cota's treats and cakes have been field tested by some of the most finicky dogs and cats that we could find. Most pets enjoy all our treats while some have a definite preference. Cota's treats are not like the typical dog biscuit found in the pet isle of your favorite store, or copies of these same biscuits often made by those who wish to sell pet treats. Instead, we make our treats under the direction of Cota himself. In short, dogs usually want what you happen to be eating. We select those things that dogs and cats like but is not bad for them. For example, dogs LOVE peanut butter and it is an acceptable treat where as chocolate is not. We then take real food, not flavorings, and make something that we might like to eat ourselves. Most of the ingredients are fresh from the farm or locally obtained, like molasses (we don't grow peanuts however). Cats don't usually like peanut butter treats but they are quite partial to liver and other meats.

When available, we also offer fresh lamb bones for our K-9 customers. This is a special treat and they don't last long: $1/lb
All Cota Farms pet treats and cakes are made fresh, no chemical additives or preservatives are used, so please refrigerate.
Cota Care
Cota Farms offers rescue and respite care for animals that are important to you. Sometimes you may need to travel where your pet can not go and you do not want to leave them in a kennel because they have special needs.
